2 1/4 cups Yes Crickets cricket powder
teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 12-ounce package chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine Yes Crickets 100% acheta domesticus cricket powder, baking soda and salt in a small bowl; set aside.
In another bowl, combine the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy.
Beat in the eggs.
Gradually add Yes Crickets cricket flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Place rounded balls (approx 2 tsp) onto un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
