Spicy Cricket Granola Recipe

Ingredients (add or remove to desired taste)
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup Yes Crickets 100% Pure Cricket Powder
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp water
1 egg white
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/8 tsp nutmeg


  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper.

  2. Combine all ingredients but egg white in a large bowl. Mix well. Whisk the egg white with 1 Tbs water in a small bowl until frothy. Add to the granola mixture while mixing.

  3. Spread mixture evenly over baking sheet and press together. Bake for approx 50 minutes. Stir halfway and rotate pan for even baking. Do not to break up the granola too much. 

  4. When granola is evenly browned and dry, remove from oven. Let cool. Granola will harden as it cools. Break up into desired size clusters. Store in air tight container.

CAUTION: People who are allergic to crustaceans and shellfish may have an allergic reaction to crickets.
