Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups Yes Crickets cricket powder

  • teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 12-ounce package chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Combine Yes Crickets 100% acheta domesticus cricket powder, baking soda and salt in a small bowl; set aside.

  3. 
In another bowl, combine the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy.

  4. 
Beat in the eggs. 


  5. Gradually add Yes Crickets cricket flour mixture and mix well. 
Stir in chocolate chips.

  6. Place rounded balls (approx 2 tsp) onto un-greased cookie sheet. 


  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
