1 cup rice or almond milk
5 frozen strawberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1 frozen banana
3 pitted dates
2 tsp Yes Crickets 100% Pure Cricket Powder
1 tbsp organic raw sunflower seeds or flax seeds or pepitas (*optional)
