We’re committed to giving you premium crickets that are amazingly delicious.

There are two main species of crickets grown in North America, of these we grow the Acheta Domesticus, which is largely considered to be the better tasting cricket. We grow and process our crickets in small craft batches and give them only premium feed. This is important as the taste of crickets is heavily influenced by what they eat.

After harvest our chefs use only the finest spices to flavour to perfection.

In addition to all of the personal and environmental advantages of eating crickets, our operation also works to decentralize food production and distribution networks.

Ethical.

All of our crickets are afforded the 5 freedoms of animal welfare. They are ethically harvested through freezing which is a naturally occurring process. No more slaughterhouses! Many vegans and vegetarians are actually finding that a diet which includes crickets is still in line with their belief system.
